If you have received damaged or defective merchandise, please report immediately anything that arrived broken or damage at: shop@halcyontheshop.com with the following:
  1. A picture of the damaged record
  2. Your mailing address
  3. Your phone number
  4. Order confirmation number
We will get back to you within 24 hours.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • * Any CDs or vinyl records that have been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap) unless it is defective
  • * Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • * Any product missing the serial number or UPC
  • * "Final Sale" items
